Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sunward Bound, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

• We accept returns for change of mind as long as full priced items are unworn, in original condition, and return has been sent out to us within 30 days of purchase. You’re welcome to exchange sizes or request a refund.
  

• All sale items, or items purchased during a promotional sale event, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

• In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account after us receiving back your product.
