Shipping Policy

Sunward Bound aims to ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends or sale periods).

Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD | 3-6 business days

• Express Shipping: $14 AUD | 1-3 business days

Shipping to New Zealand

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD | 7-15 business days

• Express Shipping: $20 AUD | 5-8 business days

Shipping to USA, Canada & International

• Rates calculated at checkout | 10-20 business days

All orders ship via Australia Post or DHL with tracking provided.
We use biodegradable and compostable packaging.

Customs & Duties: Sunward Bound is not responsible for any international customs duties or taxes. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for full-priced, unworn items with tags intact.

• No exchanges on discounted or promotional items.

• Customers cover return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the exchanged item.

• Items that are worn, dirty, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns for change of mind on swim and spring suits only, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on:

• Surf hats or accessories unless faulty

• Sale or discounted items, including promotional purchases

If an item is faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear after we receive your return.

Important Notes

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Use a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sunward Bound does not cover the cost of return shipping.

• Once an order is signed for, it is considered delivered, and we are not liable for lost or stolen goods.

International Duties & Customs Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and Sunward Bound is not responsible for any additional fees.
